Great Bike, I love this bike. I bought it because I needed to exercise without stressing my back. I had to stop running and walking because of pain in my lower back (spinal stenosis of lumber), but I will not lose a year since I developed a routine. What about the cheapest is best bike and Amazon offers a good deal with free shipping. I studied for 3 months. I learned about recumbent bike when I went to physical therapy. At the end of each session had been biking for 8 minutes. I was surpised how easy it was. The bike is quiet, has several programs and I can create my own personal schedule. My daughter was introduced to me, it took about 2-3 hours. My daughter is so impressed with my bike, bought one too many. The minimum is the screen is too small. Sometimes you need to use a flashlight to see the programs. Pass the word, I love my bike.
